  • Architectural Review Committee

    This committee of homeowners reviews for approval all requests for changes submitted to the Villa Milano property management company, STAR Hospitality.

    NOTICE: Waiver of the $35 application fee for Hurricane Damage expires on May 1, 2025. If you are still in need of repairs related to hurricane damage please have your application submitted to the ARB prior to May 1, 2025 in order to qualify for the waiver of the $35 fee.

    This group meets the 1st Thursday of each month, at 4pm, at the pool cabana. An additional monthly meeting will be held if needed for submitted approvals. Members of this committee are Listed in the VM Committee Document

  • Villa Milano Compliance Committee

    The Compliance Committee’s purpose is to help the board ensure homeowners know about the Villa Milano Rules and Regulations for the HOA and the rules are followed. They work with our property management company and the board to identify issues within the community.

  • Villa Milano Safety Committee

    The purpose of this committee is to establish a safe and secure environment for the Villa Milano community.

    Committee meetings have been changed to every other month. If there is a need for a meeting before the next is scheduled the committee will be convened and it will be posted.

  • Process to be followed for HOA rule violation. (The Declaration and Rules documents are located on the Documents page)

    The Board of Directors of the Association has reviewed the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) which relates to maintenance, alteration, and improvement of homes, and restrictive covenants. It has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that, in the past, the Declaration had not been strictly enforced within the Association. The Board of Directors has determined to place all owners on notice that as of December 1st, 2021, related to maintenance, alteration and improvement, and restrictive covenants will be enforced by the Board of Directors of the Association.

    After December 1st, 2021, if any homeowner is in violation of the Declaration they will receive a letter from the property management company with the violation noted and a time frame to correct. If the violation has not been corrected after the allotted time, a second letter will be sent from the property management company notifying the homeowner they are still in violation and need to correct the violation within the stated time. If the violation is not corrected within the noted time frame after the second violation letter, the Board of Directors will turn over the violation to the Association attorney for him to address with the homeowner. The board will determine fines to be levied against the owner and a Hearing Committee will be convened to allow the Owner to state his/her views.
